    Bisous. Bernard

  2. I love hydrangeas and last sping I bought two plants. I took really good care of them but in July all the flowers literally burned. Still the plants are alive with very beautiful green leaves… I really hope that sometime between this month and the next they will bloom again.

  3. I read somewhere the colour of hydrangeas is determined by the minerals in the soil the plant grows in… which is quite strange compared to other plants flowers. I remember a hydrangea plant in a front garden of my family home when I was about five years old. Amazing large fluffy pink and blue flowers. Strange, I’ve never seen one this colour in real life… it’s very intriguing… and beautifully photographed! 🙂
